Party Rental Equipment Booking Policy:

---Booking / Cancelation Policy--- *Deposit: We do require a 50$ deposit to reserve your bouncy house rental. This deposit helps secure your booking and ensures that the equipment is reserved for your specified date and time. (Deposit is applied toward total price). *The remaining balance can be paid in full either: Alongside the deposit payment or on the day of setup *Deposit Retention: Deposits are non-refundable. As outlined in our cancellation policy, they will be retained by A&J Jumpers in the event of cancellation or no-show. *Rescheduling: When a booking is rescheduled, the deposit paid for the original booking will be transferred to the new booking date. The transferred deposit will be applied toward the total cost of the newly scheduled service, reservation, or event. *Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled rental date will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Unless it is due to weather problems. *Rental Duration: The rental duration for party equipment is typically a day rental but additional charges may apply for extended day rental periods. *Damage / Liability: Before the setup of the rental equipment, customers are required to sign a safety and liability form provided by A&J Jumpers. This form outlines safety guidelines, usage instructions, and customer responsibilities. Failure to sign the safety and liability form may result in the cancellation of the rental agreement without a refund.
